Shipping & Orders

Standard delivery takes 2–4 weeks, as your power bank ships directly from our source in Shenzhen. If you're traveling soon, choose express shipping at checkout for a faster arrival. We'll always show you a realistic timeframe before you order — no surprises.

We ship across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the UK, Australia, Canada and the Nordic countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout, drop us a message — we're expanding, and it helps us know where the demand is.

Standard shipping is free on every order. Express delivery is available for a small surcharge if you need your power bank in a hurry.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. From there you can follow it all the way to your door. If tracking ever looks stuck, just write us and we'll chase it down.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually still change or cancel it — just contact us as quickly as possible. Once it's on its way, we'll help you sort out a return or exchange instead.

Certificates & Travel Rules

Yes. Every model stays within the capacity limits airlines allow in carry-on, and each one carries the certifications security actually checks for. That's the entire reason NOBOARDER exists — powerbanks that make it through, not ones that get left in a tray at the gate.

They're the four certifications that matter for travel. CCC is mandatory for powerbanks entering China. CE covers European safety and electromagnetic standards. FCC covers the same in the US. UN38.3 is the safety test that allows a lithium battery to fly at all. Together, they're your proof the device belongs on a plane.

China has required the CCC mark on every power bank since 2024, and it's strictly enforced. Our power banks carry a genuine, verifiable CCC certificate and a clearly printed Watt-hour rating — the two things officers look for. Keep the marking visible and legible, and you're carrying exactly what the rules ask for.

You can check any certified device in China's official CNCA database. We'll point you to it and give you the certificate details for your model, so you never have to take our word for it. Verifiable beats trustworthy.

All three of our models are built to stay within airline carry-on limits: the small (19 Wh), the standard (37 Wh) and the large (74 Wh, just within the common 100 Wh limit). Power banks always belong in your carry-on, never in checked luggage.

Rules vary by airline, and several — including carriers in Japan, Korea, and Australia — have tightened them recently. Many now ask that power banks stay visible and not be used in overhead bins. When in doubt, check your airline's current policy before you board.

Product & Choice

The small 5,000 mAh (MagSafe) is perfect for a day out or a light traveller. The standard 10,000 mAh suits most people and most trips — it's our go-to recommendation. Yes – it snaps magnetically onto the back of a compatible iPhone and charges while it's attached, so there's no cable trailing around. It's the most travel-friendly of the three.

Roughly: the small tops up a phone about once, the standard around two full charges, and the large three to four — depending on your device. Enough to get you through a travel day and then some.

Warranty & Defects

We'll replace it — no complicated return shipping, no runaround. Just fill in our defect form with a few details and we'll sort out a replacement. A faulty unit is our problem to fix, not yours.

If your power bank stops working as it should, contact us with your order details and a short description of the issue. Once confirmed, we send a replacement. We'd rather keep you charged and traveling than win an argument over a return label.

Yes. If a power bank isn't right for you, reach out and we'll walk you through a return or exchange. We want you carrying the model that actually fits your travels.
